What the role involvesIn this role you will be responsible to review evidence, spot trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold our standards and meet contractual commitments.ResponsibilitiesConduct assurance activities (e.g. file reviews, compliance checks)Monitor risk areas and suggest improvementsProvide feedback and follow up with Service PartnersAssist in reports and data entry via our Quality PortalSupport Department audits and assurance requestsHelp identify and reduce areas of riskKeep our quality processes running smoothlyWhat we're looking forWe're after someone who thrives on detail, enjoys digging into data, and brings a sharp eye for quality.About youHave a keen eye for detail and a love for analytical workExperience in contract delivery, compliance, or performance monitoring in Employment ServicesThe ability to work independently while effectively managing competing deadlinesHold a flexible approach, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities as neededA strong understanding (and interpretation) of Departmental guidelines and CoAct policies across programs like Workforce Australia, Transition to Work, Disability Employment Services, and morePlease note: this role is open to applicants currently residing in AustraliaWhat can we offer?
