About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Superstar to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right products, provide excellent service, and support daily retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and product advice
* Process sales through our point of sale system
* Assist with stock control, merchandising, and store cleanliness
* Learn and maintain product knowledge (training provided)
* Work closely within a team environment and maintain store standards
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, customer-first attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
* Willingness to learn about outdoor power equipment
* Previous retail or sales experience is desirable but not essential
* Physically fit, as some lifting of products is required
* Must be reliable and punctual
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with outdoor power equipment
* Parts interpretation or mechanical knowledge
* Forklift license (not essential)
Training and Support:
We don't expect you to know it all—full training will be provided.
Availability: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm), with occasional Saturday mornings (8am–12pm)
