About You
Proven experience in Asian or fusion kitchens, with a passion for bold flavours and innovation
A natural leader who thrives on creativity and collaboration
Excited by the challenge of building a new kitchen culture from the ground up
Strong knowledge of seasonal produce, presentation, and contemporary culinary trends
Someone who sees the kitchen as both a craft and a stage
