Account Executive - Seeking December 2025 Grads. Goosehead Insurance is looking for new graduates to join our team. This role focuses on building a book of business and delivering tailor-made insurance solutions.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industries.
* Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
The Account Executive position has a first-year on-target earnings target of approximately $90,000. The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped variable commissions and a one-time conditional sign-on bonus. You are eligible for renewal commissions year over year, which provides passive earnings and can increase annual income over time.
Licensing, Training, and Position Requirements
* Goosehead will cover one-time costs of all training courses and exam fees to obtain the insurance license.
* The role is contingent on passing the licensing exam, obtaining the state-issued license, and successfully completing Goosehead training, which will commence on the start date.
* Account Executives receive extensive training in Salesforce.com, sales process management, business development, and more; no previous experience is required.
