Job Overview:
This role involves participation in the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of building services on a project.
* Collaborate with Design and Services Managers to ensure all documentation meets specifications, cost budgets, and construction timelines.
* Monitor the production of workshop drawings and as-built documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements.
* Regularly inspect work progress and quality, reporting any concerns to the Project Manager for prompt resolution.
* Participate in the final handover of the building, including commissioning and submission of the final documentation.
Key Qualifications:
* Adequate knowledge of building services through relevant engineering or trade qualifications together with solid industry experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in large building projects, showcasing ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to deliver results within a project team environment.
