About the Role: As a Customer Development Manager, you will report to a Channel Manager and work closely with NAPA Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. Your primary focus will be on sales, finding solutions to customer problems, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
2. Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory
3. Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions
4. Develop new business through business development and account management
5. Foster and drive a culture of safety by prioritizing safety first
What We're Looking For: An engaging communicator with sound negotiating skills, solutions-focused with a track record in account management or business development, experience working in a KPI-driven environment, and ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
