Our client is well-regarded Principal Contractor that Specialises in Government and Health Projects across QLD and NSW.
A Bid Coordinator / Writer is required to work closely with the Estimating team to produce high quality technical documentation for tender submissions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the full bid process until award
- Research & understand all client requirements as well as relevant information for tender submission
- Collaborate with the estimating team as well as providing guidance to the support staff
- Liaise with external stakeholders and clients
- Analyse the success of tenders, contribute to business planning & providing new procedures for the tendering process
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 18+ months Bid Coordination experience
- Thorough understanding of construction concepts & drawings
- Previous Construction experience in Government & Health spaces
- Ability to self manage, meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
- Eye for detail, formatting, editing and proofreading documentation
- Strong verbal communication skills with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Can-do attitude and willingness to be a team player
