**About The Role**:
**The Team Coordinator is a highly visible and respected customer service role which significantly contributes to ensuring that the Strategy, Transformation & Projects team (and the governance it supports) runs smoothly. This position is responsible for providing high level support to a General Manager, Clinical Director, and the wider team. It will require coordination of governance processes across the organisation including reporting submissions, systems maintenance & process development. It will also require minor Executive Assistant duties for the General Manager and Clinical Director.**:
**About You**:
You are an accomplished Team Coordinator or Administrative employee with demonstrated experience in coordination of a large team and the services it supports. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of work. You are an advocate of Monash Health's Strategic Guiding Principles

**What You Need**:

- Highly advanced Microsoft Office skills inc Office365 & PowerBI
- Highly developed professional, customer-oriented approach with excellent presentation and well developed organisational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in the work environment; understanding of quality management issues, especially systems and processes for achieving continuous quality improvement
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload including that of their key stakeholders, manage multiple tasks as well as change focus at the last minute
- Ability to manage and resolve difficult issues, including conflict, in a professional manner
- Flexibility and adaptability of working hours to attend meetings and special activities in accordance with operational requirements and to undertake duties as required
- Highly energised, organized, able to prioritise and multi-task, meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills including a demonstrated ability to prepare reports for different audiences using clear, concise language
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing professional development
- Previous exposure to and understanding of a health care system or complex organization
- Ability to travel across sites to attend meetings where required
- Full driver's licence
- _Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or similar preferred_
