6d ago, from Western Australia Government. This is a Fixed Term Part Time appointment for six months, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency, at 45.6 hours per fortnight.

Position Profile: This role supports the Clinical Nurse Manager in the delivery of hospital services, through the provision of administrative and secretarial support to the Pingelly Health Service and Brookton Health Centre.

The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The role provides administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and healthcare teams to ensure efficient delivery of hospital services across Pingelly Health Service and Brookton Health Centre. This includes supporting scheduling, documentation, communications and related administrative tasks as part of the health service delivery team.

Eligibility & Requirements

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).

You may also be required to undertake a working with children check (if required for the role) and a pre-employment health assessment. Please note this recruitment process requires completion of a satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA). Any offer of employment with WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is conditional on satisfactory PEHA to ensure you are able to perform the inherent requirements of the position.
