The Role:
Provide a thorough, quality service to your clients. With a focus on building positive relationships, have the autonomy to truly help your clients throughout their recovery:
* Assist your clients in reclaiming their autonomy and professional purpose as you facilitate their return to health and return to work
* Provide a range of relevant, discipline-specific assessments including functional assessments, worksite assessments and more
* Provide case management services to your clients, holistically facilitating their recovery journey
* Participate in a range of new and ongoing projects
* Communicate with a variety of relevant stakeholders
* Work autonomously as you service your clients and collaboratively with the wider Occupational Rehabilitation team.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (with relevant registration & membership – AHPRA or ESSA)
* Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
* The ability to work effectively in a friendly team
* Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
* Good relationship-building ability.
* Drivers license and car
