You’ll manage calls, create clear connections and keep information flowing, ensuring every enquiry is handled with care, accuracy and professionalism. Answer calls and manage switchboard enquiries Direct calls and provide clear, timely information Initiate paging and respond to emergency calls Record and relay accurate messages Welcome visitors and assist at enquiries desk Build strong links with staff and stakeholders Maintain privacy and follow set procedures Support smooth daily admin operations About You You’re a calm, customer focused professional who communicates clearly and keeps things running smoothly. You handle busy environments with ease, stay organised and deliver a reliable, high quality service every time.
