Key Responsibilities
* Manage Customer New Installs: Oversee the end‑to‑end process for technology product installations.
* Schedule Jobs with Field Service Team: Coordinate technician schedules for timely service delivery.
* Provide Quotes to Customers: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for installations and repairs.
* Complete Supplier RMA Process: Handle return merchandise authorizations with suppliers.
* Invoicing: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for completed jobs.
* Update Customer/Supplier Database: Maintain up-to‑date records for customers and suppliers.
* Assist with Tier One Queries for Telematics Products: Provide first‑level support and troubleshooting for telematics solutions.
* Arrange Travel Bookings: Organize travel arrangements for field service staff when required.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience in scheduling, quoting, or customer service (preferred).
* Familiarity with technology products and telematics systems is a plus.
