Your Duties
Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with corporate and smaller accounts.
Understand customer needs to offer tailored, market-leading label solutions.
Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities.
Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing agreements.
Manage opportunities through Salesforce, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts.
Collaborate with Production, Prepress, Customer Service, and other teams for seamless project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements in the beverage label sector.
Travel locally and regionally for customer visits as required.
About You
Proven experience in account management, preferably in label manufacturing or related FMCG sectors.
Strong sales, commercial, and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of label materials, print processes, finishes, and embellishments.
Familiarity with regulatory labelling requirements for wine, spirits, and beverages.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional, resilient, and collaborative team player with high integrity.
