About this opportunity
Our Biloela store in central Queensland is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader to join and manage the store's Service Deli department. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for leading a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes and more.
Qualifications
* Fresh food retail knowledge
* Experience in management is desired, but not essential
* Ability to lead and manage a team
* Ordering and cost control skills
* Ability to generate rosters
* Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
* Unparalleled commitment to customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to liaise with both team members and management
* A flair for merchandising
* Strong leadership and delegation skills
* Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members
