Simply Helping is a trusted provider of in-home care and support services, committed to adding value, dignity, and meaning to the lives of others. We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Outlet Manager to lead our local operations and drive service excellence.

About the Role
This position will initially be home-based, until such time as a central office is established. During this phase, you will actively network, build referral pathways, and grow the business within the community, while representing Simply Helping Cairns with professionalism and integrity.
The role will also initially include rostering and coordinating a small group of staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, continuity of care, and compliance as the business and team grows.
Reporting to the National Office, you will have overall responsibility for business development, operational performance, workforce leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement business, marketing, and sales strategies in consultation with the National Office
* Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts
* Oversee all operational areas to achieve business and quality objectives
* Ensure compliance with governance, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements, ie, NDIS, Support at Home, etc
* Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management. CMS- Carelink is favourable.
* Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
* Ensure staff compliance with mandatory training, screening, and registration requirements
* Champion continuous improvement, safety, and quality outcomes
About You
You are a capable and ethical leader with strong business acumen and a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You bring confidence, accountability, and the ability to lead by example.
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Management (MBA highly regarded)
* Experience in a similar management role
* Strong knowledge of the Aged Care and/or Disability sectors
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* High level of accountability and professionalism
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MYOB experience desirable
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Current Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Nursing qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential.
