DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Marking out and profiling houses accurately
* Setting out slabs ready for framing
* Standing frames and trusses safely and efficiently
* Installing all types of cladding to a high standard
* Completing all styles of fix-outs, including building and hanging door frames from scratch (chiselling locks, fitting hardware, etc.)
* Working confidently at heights
* Taking pride in your work, ensuring neatness and exceptional attention to detail
* Bringing your own high-quality, well-maintained tools plus reliable transport and a current driver's licence
* Working effectively alongside apprentices and other team members
* Managing your time and tasks with strong organisational skills
* Maintaining high motivation and a proactive approach

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS (ESSENTIAL)
* Cert III Carpenter
* White Card
* Current manual driver's licence
* Working at Heights training and ticket
* Comprehensive understanding of onsite WHS policies and procedures
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret plans accurately
* Team-focused attitude
* Honesty, ethics and high performance standards
* Able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical
* Entry level carpentry experience is acceptable for this position
* Australian citizenship is required for this role
