We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to assist us with our Townsville Warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for warehouse operations and working as part of a team.
What you will be doing:
* Lead and support the warehouse team across all receiving, dispatch and operational responsibilities
* Manage customer service and internal sales to ensure all enquiries, orders and account requests are handled promptly and professionally
* Oversee order processing and administration to maintain accuracy and efficiency
* Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are received and processed correctly
* Maintain strong stock control including regular stocktakes
* Uphold high standards of warehouse safety, organisation and presentation for both customers and staff
* Ensure the branch is clean, safe and well presented at all times
* Prepare regular reporting for the State Manager
* Lead by example and take ownership of the internal sales and operations functions
