Job Description
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to project teams.
* Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
* Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
* Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.
* Monitor project budgets and expenses as required.
* Handle general office duties to ensure smooth project operations.
* Support ad-hoc tasks as directed by the project manager.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach and attention to detail.
* A collaborative attitude to work well within a team setting.
