AB Contract Farming is looking for machinery operators to start in the new year 2026. Work will include tractor driving, machinery repairs & maintenance. Applicants should take pride in their work, apply a high level of attention to detail and respect plant and equipment. The role could become a permanent position for the right person.
Requirements:
* Must have current Drivers licence
* Able to work on your own/unsupervised
* Have previous tractor operating experience
* Experience using GPS
* Ability to fix and repair problems on your own
* Minimum 1-2 years of tractor operating experience required
* Experience with precision farming GPS systems required
* Ability to perform minor machinery repairs and troubleshooting independently
* Possess a good work ethic and a can do attitude
* Be of an honest and trustworthy nature.
