At Holcim, we're passionate about building progress for people and the planet. As a global leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, we believe in creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and build better futures.

We're proud to offer Women on Wheels, a paid 7-week driver training and development program designed to support more women into meaningful careers in the construction and logistics industry.

Why Join the Women on Wheels Program?

Fully paid HR (Heavy Rigid) licence training, delivered in partnership with leading training providers including the Driver Experience Centre of Australia and a Central West-based truck driving school.

One-on-one mentorship throughout the program.

Professional development, including accredited units toward a Certificate III in Driving Operations.

Completion of Holcim's agitator rollover training and other safety-focused modules.

A supportive and inclusive team culture, backed by a company committed to your growth.

And the best part?

Subject to successful completion, Women on Wheels participants may be offered a two-year full-time contract as a Driver / Plant Officer in Holcim's Central West NSW operations—where you'll be part of the team helping deliver some of Australia's most iconic infrastructure.

Willing to travel as required across the Central West region.

To be eligible, we ask that you:

Your HR licence.

At least 20 hours of on-road driving tuition.
