About the role:

The Administration Assistant provides proficient, professional administrative support to the Divisional Operations Directors (DOD's) in the Clinical Services Administration and also to the Divisional Clinical Directors (DCD's) and Clinical Directors (CD's) in the Clinical Staff Unit

Successful candidate will have:

* Demonstrated high-level competency skills in a Microsoft environment utilising Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software;
* Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience in a busy office environment;
* Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a diverse range of people;
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times;
* Proficient in minute taking/ transcribing/ typing
