**The Role**
Learning Cloud Australia is currently recruiting for a Student Recruitment Officer - Course Advisor.
A sales focused role, under the direction of the Senior Student Recruitment Manager, the Student Recruitment Officer will assist with increasing student enrolments into all Learning Cloud programs and responding to and converting leads from all channels. This includes achieving targets through conversion from the first point of contact to enrolment.
The role will be situated within the Student Recruitment Team while working closely with Student Administration, Accounts, and Learning & Teaching teams.
$55,000 Salary + Commission, OTE $90-$150K.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Student Recruitment Manager to drive student enrolments through an increase in conversion rates at all steps of the sales cycle from lead through to enrolment
- Work to convert leads at all stages of the sales funnel through effective time management, excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
- Ensure maintenance of data in CRM
- Assist with other student recruitment tasks as and when required
**Your Knowledge and Experience**
Essential
- At least 1-3 years experience in a sales environment
- A positive track record of being able to achieve KPIs and Targets
- Excellent communication skills (presentation, oral and written)
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to deliver under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment.
- Self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail, and committed to personal and professional development
- Ability to work flexibly, working on multiple projects with changing priorities
- A positive can-do attitude
Desirable
- Experience in a call centre environment
- Bachelor's degree qualification desirable in Business or customer service-related field
- Knowledge or experience with SoftSkill courses will be highly valued
- Experience in student recruitment within the education market highly desirable
- Experience with CRMs
- Sales and customer service experience with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
