The Role:
As Sales Associate, you will work closely with the Director and their team, supporting the end-to-end sales process and gaining high-level exposure to one of the busiest sales pipelines in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Director and sales team across all campaigns
* Conduct open homes and assist at auctions
* Handle buyer enquiries and property inspections
* Maintain and grow the buyer database
* Make cold and warm prospecting calls
* Assist with property research and marketing campaigns
* Coordinate building and pest inspections
Requirements:
* Certificate of Registration (COR)
* Reliable car and valid driver's licence
* Previous experience in real estate or sales highly regarded
* Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
