This beautiful service in Bathurst is seeking an experienced Centre Director to join their team on a permanent basis. Catering to around 96 children per day, the service prides themselves on creating high quality educational programmes whilst creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to thrive in. They have a team of connected and enthusiastic educators who all collaborate and engage with each other to create a good environment for children, educators and families.
The Role
Your role as a Centre Director will be responsible to:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
* Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
* Mentor and support the centre/s to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards

About You
To be successful in this position, you must have:
* Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care OR an ACECQA equivalent qualification
* Strong experience as a Centre Director
* Experienced in meeting safety and compliance standards
* Positive attitude and good mentoring skills
* Current Working with Children Check, Child Protection/Safeguarding, First-Aid and Food Handler Certificate
