Safety Advisory Position in Oil and Gas Industry
The company is seeking highly qualified HSE Advisors to work on a major project in the Northern Territory. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, identifying training needs, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain safety awareness levels among site personnel
* Identify needs for safety training and coordinate sessions/courses
* Maintain and report safety performance statistics
* Participate in HSE meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
* At least 5 years of experience in HSE advisory roles, preferably in brownfields environments or oil and gas industries
* Comprehensive knowledge of Australian HSE legislation, standards, and best practices
* Cert IV OH&S qualification
* Experience working on large-scale projects
Work Arrangements:
* Day shift: $85 per hour + super
* Night shift: $95 per hour + super
* 12-hour days
* Weekly pay
* Tier 1 contractor status
