Job Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, and other payroll-related requirements.
- Address payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance team.
- Assist in payroll audits and ensure all documentation is in order.
- Work closely with HR to manage employee data and advantages integration.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Associate should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Preceda and/or ADP Global View (preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
