Job Description
* Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
* Maintain and update payroll records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
* Ensure compliance with taxation, superannuation, and other payroll-related requirements.
* Address payroll enquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
* Generate payroll reports and provide insights to the Accounting & Finance team.
* Assist in payroll audits and ensure all documentation is in order.
* Work closely with HR to manage employee data and benefits integration.
* Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and implement best practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Associate should have:
* A solid understanding of payroll systems and processes.
* Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
* Preceda and/or ADP Global View (preferred but not essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
