We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented full time Administration Manager to join our Wholesale team. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
In this position, you will report to the National Administration Manager and be based onsite at our Eagle Farm Wholesale location. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our QLD Wholesale administration operations run smoothly. Your eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential to your success in this role. 
- Manage stock invoices for purchases and sales. 
- Daily follow-up on outstanding debtor accounts. 
- Reconcile monthly company credit card statements. 
- Prepare daily stock on hand reports. 
- Enter approved supplier and freight invoices for payment. 
- Oversee tolls and fines management. 
- Conduct end-of-month vehicle stocktakes. 
- Handle used vehicle acquisitions with QLD Transport. 
- File electronic QLD Transport documents according to regulations. 
- Coordinate cash management for Queensland registration plates for the Wholesale QLD team. 
- Work with the Registration Compliance Officer for interstate plate cash management. 
- Process staff expense reimbursements with Head Office. 
- Manage inventory and order stationery and office supplies. 
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and general office tasks.
