About the role:
Our Residence Service Coordinators are the heartbeat of our resident experience, acting as the welcoming face of Greystar to our residents and fostering community connection. Based at our student accommodation site in Canberra, this role focuses on delivering a premium lifestyle experience by planning and executing engaging resident programs, services and events.
Responsibilities
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors.
* Handle phone calls, inquiries, and service requests efficiently.
* Coordinate package deliveries, guest suite bookings, and elevator access.
* Monitor and maintain high standards in common areas; liaise with maintenance as needed.
* Work closely with the community team to organise resident events, activities and community engagement programs.
* Maintain knowledge of local services, amenities, and vendors for resident convenience.
* Assist with administrative tasks, leasing activities, and database management.
* Resolve resident concerns promptly to drive satisfaction and retention.
* Uphold company policies to ensure compliance with housing regulations.
About you
You are a customer-focused professional with a friendly, service-oriented approach and proven experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality or real estate. You bring strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills across all channels, and the flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including weekends. Your familiarity with CRM systems and property management software like Yardi is an asset. Additionally, you demonstrate a commitment to compliance and licensing standards, with the ability to meet all background check requirements.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid driver's license and be eligible to obtain a satisfactory National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
