The role will ensure all work is tracked and organised using agile project management methodology and the various transformation programs are managed using the Prosci Change Management Framework. * Define and communicate the project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables within a phased, multi-year plan, ensuring project completion by the end of 2028. This should be done in collaboration with Manager Meteorology Course Redesign and Attraction, Manager Engineering Training, and key stakeholders, aligned with the approved transformation blueprint.
* Design and implement a phased roadmap for transitioning technical learning programs to a flipped classroom model. Ensure alignment with current operational practices by applying Agile principles and ceremonies, including stand‐ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Subject Matter Experts (national and international), BMTC Leadership Team, Learning Administrators, Online Learning Manager and Trainers.
* Apply the Prosci ADKAR change management methodology to support trainers and learners in adopting the flipped classroom approach.
* Work with IT and BMTC stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the Learning Management System (Moodle) and assessment platforms.
* Identify potential challenges in adopting the flipped classroom model, develop mitigation strategies, and map change impacts to implement solutions for affected employees.
* Provide other duties for the BMTC as required.

Eligibility

A degree or diploma of an Australian educational institution, or a comparable overseas qualification, which is appropriate to the duties; OR other comparable qualifications, which are appropriate to the duties.
