The Role

As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of our Karratha branch, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and strong financial results. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building high-performing teams.

You'll manage staff, drive sales, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency — all while promoting a positive safety culture and upholding Pressure Dynamics' standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop the branch team while overseeing daily operations and maintaining a high-performance culture.
* Build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and manage customer issues professionally.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations; manage inventory, logistics, branch resources, fleet, and staff housing.
* Promote strong safety, quality, and environmental standards; conduct safety checks and ensure staff training; report performance and market insights to senior management
* Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets; monitor financial performance; prepare reports and weekly revenue forecasts.
* Review and approve quotations, tenders, and timesheets
* Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and increasing market presence.

Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role
* Strong operational, financial, and contractual management experience
* Knowledge of engineering principles (advantageous)
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* ERP system experience (Microsoft BC, SAP, Ostendo) desirable
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to travel and work offshore/remote as required
