An excellent new full time career opportunity awaits an enthusiastic and competent Transport Customer Service Agent.
We're looking for a professional and customer-service focused individual to join our customer service team. Our position works at the front line of medical logistics servicing some of Australia's largest med-tech companies.
We require an experienced telephonist with a customer service mindset to assist our clients with service selection and scheduling of transport requests.
This role requires experience in Sydney transport operations. This applicant will:
* Receive transport requests
* Interpret the important customers' requirements
* Selection of service type
* Interact with transport operations and partnering service providers
* Ongoing track and trace
