Primary Objective: The primary objective of the Customer Service Representative role is to deliver high-quality, customer-focused service by responding to enquiries and requests across multiple channels, including phone, email and digital platforms. The position plays a key role in resolving customer issues efficiently, providing accurate information, and supporting customers in urban, regional and remote communities to ensure a positive and consistent experience that aligns with Power and Water's service standards and corporate values.
Remuneration Package: $76,543 - $101,411 (including salary $67,185 - $89,069)
Experience Level: Band 1 Administrative Corporate Services
