Key Role in Strategic Partnerships
This role will play a pivotal part in driving strategic partnerships that elevate our brand, fuel business growth, and enhance the overall guest experience.
* Reporting into the Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of partnerships across key sectors.
Deliver Impactful Outcomes
Develop a deep understanding of each partner's objectives and work cross-functionally across the business to identify shared opportunities and deliver impactful outcomes.
* Lead the delivery of all benefits offered by us in accordance with contractual obligations.
* Facilitate strategic and creative ideation with team members to create bespoke Partnership campaigns, activations, and content opportunities.
* Collate and present creative concepts to partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Work with the Partnerships Manager to identify, design, develop, and leverage partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Design and implement activation plans that bring partnerships to life, work in conjunction with our Marketing Calendar, and deliver measurable impact.
* Liaise with relevant departments to support delivery of benefits in accordance with our activity.
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in Partnerships, Account Management, and Marketing within tourism, hospitality, sports, or media.
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or related degree is desirable.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A good understanding of fundamental marketing and digital communications.
