Job Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will serve as a front line resource for patients and internal teams by providing product support, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring patient compliance throughout the monitoring process.
Schedule
* Position 1: 11:30am – 8:00pm Days Off: Tuesday and Sunday or Wednesday and Thursday
* Position 2: 10:00am – 6:30pm Days Off: Tuesday and Saturday
What You Will Do
* Communicate with patients, customers, and internal staff via phone to maintain patient compliance and provide support.
* Troubleshoot devices and assist with supply orders and shipment tracking.
* Document patient interactions and maintain FDA compliance requirements.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.
* Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and proprietary software to document and monitor activity.
* Collaborate with multiple departments across the organization.
* Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
* High school diploma required; college experience preferred but not required.
* Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administrative support, or call center environments preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Self‐motivated and goal‐oriented mindset.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment.
* Ability to remain seated and on the phone for extended periods throughout the workday.
