Macquarie Park location with travel: 
Leading Aged Care provider offering job security in a growth industry: 
NFP salary packaging benefits + 6 days extra leave per year 
Manage the clinical and accreditation auditing program for an allocated residential aged care region and identify improvement areas to ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. 
This role is available on a permanent full time basis and will join our Clinical Governance and Protected Care team. The primary work location of this role will be at our Support Office in Macquarie Park however will cover a portfolio of Home's within a specific region across Sydney Metropolitan and Regional NSW. Reporting to the Quality & Standards Manager, primary responsibilities are: 
Conducting quality of care and standards auditing and pre-accreditation program in an allocated Residential Aged Care region. 
Recommending and supporting quality of care improvements to address identified non-compliance and high clinical risk areas. 
Having oversight and support of each home's Continuous improvement plans. 
Providing in office support and coaching. 
As this role involves frequent travelling to our Homes across NSW and SE QLD, a valid driver's license and own motor vehicle is essential.
