About the Opportunity
A Practice Improvement Specialist is required to implement, coach and guide the adoption of senior services models to improve outcomes.
The role involves travelling throughout the South Region, from Wollongong to Eden.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coaching and guiding the adoption of senior services models to enhance service delivery.
* Overseeing local improvement initiatives in close collaboration with operational teams.
* Leading program reviews to support model adoption that aligns to Senior Services Operating Model principles.
* Suggesting initiatives to enhance client and staff experience across dimensions of quality, cost, and service.
Requirements:
* Typically 5 or more years of experience in a related field.
* Extensive coaching and/or change management experience using structured approaches.
* Highly developed analytical skills with ability to manipulate large datasets.
Preferred Qualifications:
* LEAN knowledge and Business Process Improvement expertise.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Coaching and/or Change Management.
