About the role
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to the correct audience, and in line with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage customer segments using available data and insights to target the right audience for each campaign.
- Prepare and record data in required format so that campaign can be measured.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, ROI, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide insights after conducting bespoke analysis to help improve campaign performance.
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, analytics, and IT teams to align campaign execution with broader business strategies.
- Serve as the go-to expert for campaign operations, providing updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate campaign workflows, including effective re‐use of base elements.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and align with internal data privacy policies.
About you
- Experience in data manipulation coding in SQL in a relational database workplace.
- Experience in Campaign Analytics is preferable, supporting marketing automation processes or data‐driven marketing.
- Proven analytical experience in retail or supporting marketing functions will be valuable.
- Experience with leading digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud etc., preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data tools and technologies, including SQL and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly find solutions to non‐routine problems and situations.
- Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
