We are seeking a seasoned Property Management Leader to drive growth and excellence across our diverse portfolio. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Managing Director, you'll oversee Property Managers and Assistants in Perth and regional WA.

* Talent Management - recruit, train, and retain top Property Management talent.
* Reporting and Strategy - produce monthly performance reports for the leadership team.
* Travel and Connection - quarterly travel to regional WA with weekly online check-ins.
