**The Traineeship**
This 18-month traineeship will set you up for a career working in Community Services. Based at Community Solutions head office in Bokarina, this traineeship is well suited to somebody who aspires to make a difference within the local community, enjoys working with people and considers themselves to be a caring and compassionate individual. Be rewarded by assisting individuals in the community enhance their skills with study and work goals With no two days the same, you will learn the government legislation linked to the Parents Next Program whilst working with a dedicated Community Solutions Consultant who will support you through your traineeship.
**What will you bring to the role?**
Our team will help you develop during the traineeship, but there are some minimum requirements and key traits we're looking for:
- A passion to work with the community
- Has attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
- Hold a Blue Card & Yellow card (or happy to obtain)
- Pass a Fit2work police check
- Ability to work Monday to Friday full time - 38 hours a week
- Drivers Licence highly regarded
- Provide two references

**Community Solutions **is a non-for-profit organisation operating as a commercial business, providing apprentices and trainees to a variety of different businesses throughout Queensland. We provide apprentices and trainees important career guidance and opportunity to earn while they learn. Dedicated Field Officers are assigned to apprentices and trainees to provide ongoing support to completing their chosen trade qualification.

**So what's next...**
Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021. Community Solutions also requires all new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
