Yard Hand / Service Washer

Are you hardworking, reliable and enjoy keeping things clean, organised and running smoothly? Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a proactive Yard Hand / Service Washer to support our busy dealership and deliver a great experience for our customers.
About the Role
In this hands-on position, you will play a key part in the presentation and flow of vehicles across the dealership. Your responsibilities will include:
- Washing and detailing customer vehicles prior to handover
- Washing service vehicles
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the yard and service area
- Moving vehicles safely around the site
- Assisting with vehicle staging for display and customer collection
- Performing general yard and workshop support duties as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working outdoors and being active
- Holds a current driver’s licence (essential)
- Has robust attention to detail
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
