Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Burwood as the first point of contact for all technical support for our customers. This role may occasionally require working in various locations around Sydney metro to provide on-site support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Support: Provide assistance with Windows 10 and O365 issues
* Azure and MS Entra Support: Assist with account provisioning and basic troubleshooting
* Exchange Online Support: Handle mailbox creation, permissions, and message tracking
* Firewall Security: Ensure firewall security measures are in place
* Networking Troubleshooting: Resolve connectivity and equipment restart issues
* Rack and Stack: Manage on-premise rack and stack
* Hardware Provisioning: Oversee hardware provisioning
* NOC Monitoring: Check alerts in the morning, monitor servers, back-ups, and identify trends and patterns

Required Skills

* Investigator: Investigate issues and improve processes through automation
* Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and ask questions when needed
* Communication Skills: Be friendly and approachable, working effectively independently or as part of a team

Desirable Experience

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a Managed Services Provider
* Azure, Teams, AD, Exchange Online, and Windows Server experience
* CISCO switching and routing troubleshooting experience
* Experience working under various SLAs, creating, and managing tickets across multiple customers
* NOC experience is highly desirable
* Experience developing and maintaining a knowledge base within the ITSM tool
* ITIL Certification preferred
* Ability to obtain a police and working with children check
