About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartenders who are proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
* Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
* Wine knowledge advantageous
* Drive for beverage service
* Passion for delivering outstanding service
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Outgoing personality
* Excellent attention to detail
* Exceptional presentation
* Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
* Must have RSA certificate
