Your opportunity
As an Audiologist, you’ll support clients of all backgrounds, helping children and adults in need. Your responsibilities include:
1. Assess auditory problems of non-complex adult clients following Australian Hearing standards
2. Provide rehabilitative support, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and communication strategies
3. Refer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from senior audiologists when needed
4. Participate in visiting sites and home visits
5. Collaborate with NDIS representatives, allied health agencies, and families for optimal outcomes
6. Engage in community marketing/public relations activities
7. Deliver excellent customer service, manage client load, and meet revenue targets
What you’ll bring
Successful candidates will thrive in a client-centered environment, providing exceptional service while managing complex medical administration. You will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Audiology
* Full membership with the Audiology Society of Australia
* Knowledge of clinical Audiology and procedures aligned with Australian standards
* Understanding of Hearing Services Program
* Experience with NDIA scheme
* Willingness to travel to various locations for clinical work
* Ability to support business changes in clinical practice, products, and policies
