We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who is looking to expand their impact, grow their leadership capability, and play a key role in delivering high-quality NDIS services. This is a hands-on role with genuine opportunities for progression, including stepping into the Support at Home Operations Manager role during periods of leave or absence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of strengthening and refining the way our organisation operates. You will:
· Support and empower the client to enhance their ability to coordinate supports effectively and increase meaningful participation within their community.
· Regularly review and monitor the client's NDIS plan to ensure supports and services are delivered in accordance with approved funding and remain within allocated budgets.
· Liaise with mainstream service providers (e.g., housing, education, justice, and health services) to ensure they meet their obligations and provide appropriate support to the client.
· Prepare and submit timely reports to the client and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), outlining progress, outcomes, and success indicators in line with agreed reporting requirements.
· Contribute to NDIS audits, internal compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives, supporting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
· Promote a culture grounded in operational excellence, responsibility, and ongoing improvement.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
· Has strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Framework
· Demonstrates excellent organisational and budget management skills
· Is confident engaging with participants, families, providers, and external stakeholders
· Exposure to operational management experience
· Has strong report-writing and documentation skills
· Is proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage complex situations
· Is ready to grow into a leadership and operational support role
* Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, audit processes, and compliance obligations.
* Experience using NDIS client management systems.
* Advocacy and negotiation skills
* Current Drivers Licence, NDIS Check and Working with Children check
