Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Development Manager - HVAC Should Have
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within the HVAC or DC sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions.
Tertiary education in Mechanical Engineering.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
A valid driver's licence.
