Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity
This role requires a Senior Early Childhood Educator - Lead to deliver high-quality education and care to children, creating engaging learning experiences that support their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement programs that promote children's learning and development by applying knowledge of relevant frameworks and best practices.
* Provide guidance and supervision to junior educators, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed in their roles.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to early childhood education, aligning with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
* Strong knowledge of relevant frameworks (e.g. EYLF) is essential for success in this role.
* A current Working with Children Check is mandatory for all employees working with children.
