We are seeking a customer service expert to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling hospitality products and services, promoting hotel offerings, and maintaining high product knowledge.
* Sell hospitality products using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
* Promote hotel products and services.
* Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge about all hotels in the region.
What We Need From You:
* Fluency in English - extra language skills would be great but not essential.
* Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers.
* Experience - ideally one year in a front desk or guest service position with comfortable use of Opera or Opera Cloud.
