A Day in the Life of a Senior Sous Chef
* You will be a key part of the leadership team, supporting the Head Chef to ensure every service is flawless.
* You will take charge of shifts, mentor the team, and keep the kitchen standards razor‐sharp.
* You will inspire your crew with your expertise and a can‐do attitude, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen is a work of art.
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
* Solid experience as a Sous Chef in a high‐volume pub or similar setting.
* Cooking credentials and food safety certifications are up to date.
* A natural‐born leader who commands respect with skills and a cool‐headed approach.
* A serious love for creating delicious food that keeps people coming back for more.
