Our St George team at LifeCare is growing and as a result, we are looking for a Massage Therapist to join our team on a casual or contracting / room rental basis.You will provide holistic, integrated care to our clients enhancing their mobility and movement to promote their independence and wellbeing.
You will work with clients with a wide variety of physical conditions and tailor your care to make a real difference in your client's quality of life.
This role involves working within a collaborative team with Physiotherapists and other Massage Therapists.In this role you will be...Assessing symptoms and medical history, making a diagnosis and developing care plans for individualsManipulating muscles and other soft tissue/sEducating and training your clients on all aspects of therapyProviding your clients with goal setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening and improving postureReferring your clients to Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology treatment where requiredLiaising with various healthcare professionals such to ensure care plans are formulated and monitoredDocumenting and reporting on your client's condition and progressWhat's in it for you?
