Head of Strategic Capability & Strategy, Surgical Vision APAC

Purpose
Champion and develop commercial excellence capabilities for Surgical Vision across APAC, overseeing data & analytics, sales force effectiveness, CRM, and other commercial tools to drive growth, profit and market share.
Responsibilities
* Advance data intelligence, advanced analytics, market research/insight to unlock opportunities and build regional/local capabilities.
* Deliver business analytics and reports aligned with regional strategy, identifying new opportunities and solving problems.
* Provide cross‐functional teams with sales and operational data and insights such as sales force analytics, consignment management, marketing metrics, to inform decisions.
* Enhance SFE capabilities across APAC (sales strategy development, SFE improvement projects, incentive planning).
* Own and drive CRM to ensure accurate data collection, organization, and analysis for effective customer engagement and sales execution.
* Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence team, coaching and training members for continuous improvement.
* Support sales operations tasks and processes; manage sales teams, customer data, performance reporting.
* Manage project work and business cases as required.
* Oversee regional professional and commercial education initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 10 years in healthcare, commercial excellence or operations management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Business analytics/visualization, data strategy & management.
* Sales force effectiveness (territory design, incentive design, distributor management, etc.).
* Go‐to‐market plans, new product launches, portfolio optimization, channel management, and commercial operations.
* Organizational transformation, business process improvement and change management.
* Implementation of IT solutions in APAC (e.g., SFDC, Consent MGM, Data Lake, BO).
* Strong communication and presentation skills; confidence to present findings to all organizational levels.
Required Years of People Management Experience: 7 years.
